Just a heads up with anyone planning to use a Coverdell or 529 next fall. Start finding out what you need to do to get the money. I'm finding that it's a total pain from a Waterhouse Coverdell. You need a specific form that they have to send you and even once you send it back, the money isn't showing up particularly fast.

Colorado's 529 has also been very lax in sending information on who is handling the account and how to find them. I truly shudder to think about getting my money starting in 2 years for my younger son. I don't know if they haven't been doing that many distributions or what. If this was any other kind of account or there wasn't a state tax break, I would be out of it.
